Rice Protein is a rice protein isolate with a 74% protein content.It is an excellent source of protein for vegetarians, vegans, and those who prefer a 100% vegetable source of protein. It has an excellent amino acid profile - it contains all essential amino acids,and naturally high levels of B, E and F vitamins. It does not contain gluten (gluten), soy, lactose, milk and other allergens.
